Supplementary feed for horses
V-Calcium is a high-quality, doping-free feed specially developed to support bone growth and to regulate the calcium-phosphorus ratio in the body. The unique composition of calcium, vitamin D3, vitamin K3, vitamin C and choline makes it possible to compensate for calcium deficiency symptoms caused by feeding and to ensure an optimal calcium supply.
Adequate calcium intake is crucial for building strong bones and healthy development, especially in foals and young horses that are in the growth phase. However, lactating mares and older horses with calcium deficiency symptoms also benefit from the regular administration of V-Calcium.
Feeding notice
Large horses (600 kg body weight) 50 g / daily.
Small horses 25 g / daily
(1 measuring spoon = approx. 25 g)
In lactating mares, the dosage can be increased to 100 g daily.
Due to the higher content of feed additives compared to complete feed, this feed may only be fed up to 20% of the daily ration. Nutrients from other feed sources must be taken into account.
